Cabbage and minced meat

After what felt like 100 years without any sunshine at all, it was pretty sunny today and instantly I had a guilty conscious, because I didn’t do my work as powerful as I would have expected…
After the cole slaw on friday, I still had the other half of the cabbage left and prepared it yesterday like this. Today I only heated it up in the microwave and my son said, it was even better 🙂
