Liquid lunch

Today it was even hotter than yesterday so we just had some milk-shake.
1 pint buttermilk, 3 tbs sugar, 10 oz frozen fruits, and 3 (big!!!) tbs vanilla ice-cream in a blender and et voilà: probably the best lunch in the whole week…

But here is as promised the recipe of yesterdays dish: filled potatoes.
For 1 grown-up and 2 children
Takes 40 minutes
3 big potatoes
1/2 can of corn
Some Cauliflower or broccoli
Grated cheese

Wash the potatoes, steam for about 25 minutes.
Peel them and cut into halves. Use a spoon to scoop out the insides.
(Re-)fill with corn, cauliflower or broccoli and grated cheese. I had to take cauliflower because my children don’t like broccoli, but I’d say it looks better when green.
Bake in the oven at 350 degree F for about 10 minutes.

Enjoy your meal! and the weather 🙂
