This week is potato week. We’re having potatoes every day, but in very different ways. Starting today with potato-casserole. Even this dish has a broad variety, depending on this ingredients added.

For 1 grown-up and 2 children
Takes app. 30 minutes
5 potatoes medium-sized
1 sweet pepper
1 cup milk
2 tbs cream cheese
Harissa
Sambal oelek
Salt
6 oz grated cheese

Peel the potatoes, slice with a kitchen machine. Wash the sweet pepper, remove the pits and cube it.
Mix milk and cream cheese and spice with harissa, sambal oelek and salt. (I forgot the salt but no one recognized, just me now, when writing down the recipe…)
Put potatoes and sweet pepper in an oven-safe pan, spread the milk-mix all over and cover with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 350 degree F.

Enjoy your meal!
